Board of Education Meetings

  • The SPS Board of Education typically meets twice a month.  Study sessions allow new items for consideration to be presented to the board and affords board members the opportunity to request additional information or clarification on items presented.  Regular meetings are typically where the board takes official action.  As needed throughout the year,  the Board will hold  retreats to allow time for deeper discussion on identified topics.

    Board meetings are held at the Kraft Administrative Center, 1359 E. St. Louis St., and begin at 5:30 unless noted otherwise. Please note:  At 5 p.m., meeting attendees may enter the building from an exterior door accessible from the deck located near the main entrance to the building.
